Certificates of Origin

Exclusively intended to guarantee the origin of the goods, with a view to meeting customs or commercial requirements. It accredits the origin of the goods and is required by the Administration of the buyer/importer country for reasons of commercial policy. This document is issued by the Chambers of Commerce.

In order to request certificates of origin electronically, the following steps must be taken:

  1. Download the form from this link and fill it out
  2. Sign it digitally (by clicking on the box enabled in the PDF).
  3. Send the form (by clicking on the «Send by Email» button).
  4. Attach commercial invoice or any other document needed to issue the certificate.
  5. Once the request for the Certificate has been received, completed by the company, by the authorized person and identified by means of a Digital Certificate, the Chamber of Commerce transfers the data to the standard paper forms, signing and sealing the official document.
  6. The company can either pick up the certificate at the Chamber or receive it through its usual courier company.

Rates:

  • Issuance of other export certificates: 47,00 euros (30,00 euros for Members)
  • Modifications to export certificates already issued: 22,00 Euros (10,00 Euros for Members)

Certificates of Free Sale and Consumption

Certificates of Free Sale and Consumption respond to the request of the health authorities or importers of some countries that require that the products to be exported be accompanied by a document that certifies that they are free for sale or commercialization in Spain. It also allows certain permits and approvals, as well as the registration of products or brands in other countries.

In order to make the request for a free sale certificate electronically, the following steps must be taken:

  1. Download the form from this link and fill it out
  2. Sign it digitally (by clicking on the box enabled in the PDF).
  3. Send the form (by clicking on the «Send by Email» button).
  4. Attach commercial invoice or any other document needed to issue the certificate.
  5. Once the request for the Certificate has been received, completed by the company, by the authorized person and identified by means of a Digital Certificate, the Chamber of Commerce transfers the data to the standard paper forms, signing and sealing the official document.
  6. The company can either pick up the certificate at the Chamber or receive it through its usual courier company.

Visas and document legalization - Consular Management Service

Certificate of Membership in the Business Census

It serves to accredit that your company is registered in the public census of companies of the Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Zamora on the date of issue, indicating headings of the Economic Activities Tax, existence or not of a commercial establishment of the same in the demarcation of the Chamber, as well as the age in the census of your company.

This certificate makes it possible to comply with the requirements for participating in public tenders with Public Administrations and Tenders, facilitates operations abroad and attendance at fairs abroad, and makes it possible to speed up procedures with certain Official Bodies.

Certificate of Company Size
We accredit the size of your company, at a certain time and according to the classification established in the regulations and definitions of the European Union. This certificate is one of the requirements that may be requested to: benefit from programs or policies of the European Union; improve your lines of financing, aid and subsidies; access new technology and innovation programs.

ATA Carnet

These are international customs documents, issued by the Chambers of Commerce, which allow companies to send goods temporarily to various territories and countries on five continents. In an easy and cheap way they replace national documents for temporary export and import and become an essential tool for the free circulation of goods.

Any entrepreneur can use an ATA Carnet so that their products, as long as they are not perishable in nature or require processing or repair, travel outside their borders temporarily for trade fairs, professional work, sending samples, etc.

Registration of Food and Cosmetics Exporting Companies in China

The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China (AQSIQ) has implemented from October 1, 2015, a new registry of food and beverage exporters for China.

This new procedure means an additional registration even for those companies that were already exporting to China before and were therefore already on the previous register.

According to Public Notice no. 98/2015 both traditional importers and exporters who manufacture food and beverages for export to China have to carry out this additional registration.
