Competic Project

COMPETIC is a collaboration project between organizations in Portugal and Spain, approved within the framework of the INTERREG VA Spain-Portugal 2014-2020 Program (POCTEP), whose objective is to support entrepreneurs, self-employed workers and micro-enterprises in rural areas to create and develop grow business by taking advantage of the opportunities of Information and Communication Technologies.

The project will carry out, among other activities, a comparative report of both territories, an Entrepreneur Manual, a study on the degree of implementation of TIC, training of the Spanish and Portuguese entrepreneurs, personalized technological diagnoses, as well as projects for the exchange of experiences. .

In this project participate: The Junta de Castilla y León, the Diputación de Ávila, the Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Salamanca, the Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Zamora together with the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança and the Asociação Empresarial do Alto Tâmega.

Entrepreneur Manuals

An Entrepreneur Manual has been prepared with updated and relevant information for entrepreneurs, self-employed and micro-enterprises, aimed at the creation of new business initiatives both in Castilla y León and in the North of Portugal, addressing the different specificities that exist at the level of

Technological Diagnostics

Competitiveness Agents

4 competitiveness agents appointed by the project partners are providing advisory and assistance services during 2018 and 2019 in order to support the companies that participate in the diagnoses, as well as any other that are interested, in the implementation of new strategies. Implanta Pilot

With the aim of favoring the exchange of experiences that give rise to new business initiatives in the project’s cooperation territory, the Implanta Pilot project is proposed. This project aims to encourage, advise and support the creation of new business initiatives on both sides. The project offers free mentored stays in the reception space for any cross-border cooperation project that is created or for Spanish entrepreneurs in the Vivero Brigantia EcoPark of Braganza (Portugal).
